Getting Started

Getting Started

Who we are, who we help, and how the journey begins.

TRIVI Prime Care is an international medical tourism and patient facilitation company. We connect patients to accredited hospitals and specialist doctors worldwide — handling medical consultation, hospital selection, travel, visas, on-ground support and post-treatment follow-up. Think of us as your personal healthcare concierge with one dedicated contact.

We are a clinical and logistical partner — not a booking platform. We independently assess your condition, recommend the right hospital and specialist, negotiate the best price, assign a dedicated patient manager and stand by you before, during and after treatment.

No. Your first consultation is completely free with no obligation. We review your reports, understand your needs and present hospital and cost options at zero charge.

Cardiac surgery, oncology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, IVF and fertility, bariatric surgery, organ transplants, ophthalmology, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, dental, and executive health screening.

Accredited hospitals across India, Turkey, Germany, the UAE, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea — each chosen for strength in specific specialties.

Absolutely. We arrange written second opinions from world-ranked specialists — either remotely or in-person — before you commit to any travel.

Process & Coordination

Process & Coordination

From your first message to landing at the hospital — step by step.

1) Free consultation and report review. 2) 2–3 hospital and specialist options. 3) Written cost estimate and treatment plan. 4) You choose; we confirm. 5) Visa and travel support. 6) Airport pickup and accommodation. 7) Dedicated on-ground patient manager. 8) Discharge and return travel. 9) Post-treatment follow-up coordination.

A named, dedicated Patient Manager — not a call centre or chatbot. Available by phone, WhatsApp and email in your language, managing every detail personally.

For planned procedures, 2–4 weeks typically. For urgent cases, we have arranged travel within 3–7 days.

Yes — we strongly encourage it. We arrange a video consult with your proposed specialist so you can review your case and build confidence first.

Yes. We arrange companion travel, accommodation and in-hospital companion rooms where available. Medical Attendant visas are available for up to two family members.

No. Partner hospitals have international patient departments with English-speaking staff, and we arrange Arabic, French, Russian, Swahili, Mandarin and other interpreters at every clinical interaction.

Usually within 24–48 hours of receiving your medical records.

Costs & Payment

Costs & Payment

Transparent pricing, no hidden fees, no surprises.

Typically 50–80%. Cardiac bypass: $100k–$150k in the USA vs $6k–$10k all-inclusive in India. Hip replacement: £15k–£25k privately in the UK vs £4k–£7k in Turkey. IVF: $20k per cycle in the USA vs $3k–$5k in Thailand — with equivalent or better success rates.

Surgeon fees, anaesthesia, operating theatre, hospital room for the agreed duration, standard medications, pre-op investigations and nursing care. Travel, outside accommodation and special imported medications are quoted separately.

None. You receive a detailed written cost breakdown signed off by the hospital before you travel. The only variations come from unforeseen medical complications — and nothing proceeds without your written consent.

A refundable deposit secures your appointment. The treatment balance is paid directly to the hospital — TRIVI does not hold your medical funds. International bank transfer, credit and debit cards accepted.

Yes — many plans (BUPA Global, AXA PPP, Allianz Care, Cigna Global) cover planned overseas treatment. We work with your insurer for pre-authorisation and claims documentation.

Yes — within 48–72 hours of report review, formatted for insurers, employers or government reimbursement schemes.

Most deposits are refundable if cancelled more than 14 days before the appointment. We negotiate patient-friendly terms in writing before any payment.

World-class partners — vetted, accredited and ranked.

Every partner is JCI accredited or holds equivalent national accreditation (NABH in India, ACHSI in the GCC). We share clinical outcome data, accreditation certificates and independent rankings for any hospital we recommend.

Apollo Hospitals, Fortis, Medanta, Max Healthcare, Aster and Narayana Health — alongside leading institutions across Turkey, Germany, the UAE, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea.

Every specialist is board-certified in their country of practice. Many hold additional fellowships from the USA, UK or Germany. We share each doctor's full CV, procedure volume, publications and memberships.

Yes. We present 2–3 specialist profiles matched to your case, and you select. You may also request a specific named surgeon and we will confirm availability.

Standard, deluxe and VIP suite rooms — private bathrooms, AC, Wi-Fi, TV and call nursing. VIP suites include concierge service, personal nursing and butler service in some hospitals.

Yes. All hospitals serving GCC and South Asian patients provide certified halal food and prayer rooms. Confirmed in writing for Muslim patients before travel.

Travel, Visa & Accommodation

Travel, Visa & Accommodation

Flights, transfers, visas and a comfortable place to rest.

Most international patients travel on an e-Medical Visa. We provide the hospital invitation letter and all required documentation. Typical processing: 3–5 business days.

Yes — Medical Attendant visas are available for up to two family members traveling with the patient.

We recommend airlines, routes and travel class based on your condition. For patients who need to lie flat, we advise on business or first class. We facilitate bookings on request.

A dedicated driver — or, for VIP packages, a chauffeured executive vehicle — will meet you at arrivals holding a board with your name. You are never left to navigate alone.

Hospital guest houses, partnered hotels within walking distance, or serviced apartments for longer stays — all vetted for cleanliness, proximity and suitability for recovering patients.

Cataract: 3–5 days. Knee/hip replacement: 10–14 days. Cardiac surgery: 3–4 weeks. IVF monitoring: 10–18 days. Bariatric: 7–10 days. We advise the clinically minimum safe stay.

Your surgeon provides written fitness-to-fly clearance. For DVT-risk procedures we advise on anticoagulation, compression garments and in-flight movement. Medical escorts or air ambulance available where needed.

Safety, Aftercare & Legal

Safety, Aftercare & Legal

Your wellbeing — protected during treatment and long after.

All partner hospitals have ICU and HDU units with formal complication protocols for international patients. Your Patient Manager stays in close contact with the clinical team, and hospitals carry indemnity cover for international patients.

Annual reassessments of accreditation, clinical outcome data, patient feedback and adverse events. Partnerships failing our standards are terminated. Unannounced quality reviews and satisfaction surveys after every case.

Your Patient Manager remains your active contact for 30–90 days. We coordinate between your overseas hospital and home doctor — discharge summaries, operative reports, imaging, medications and follow-up instructions all handed over.

Yes. Scheduled video follow-ups at 2 weeks, 6 weeks and 3 months post-procedure with your treating surgeon, so they can monitor recovery remotely.

Contact your Patient Manager immediately — day or night. We facilitate emergency teleconsults with your surgeon within hours and provide full documentation for your local emergency department.

Yes. Fully GDPR compliant for UK/EU patients. Records shared only with the treating hospital and only with your explicit written consent. We never sell or share data for marketing.

Two documents: a Patient Coordination Agreement with TRIVI (services, fees, cancellation policy) and a standard Patient Consent and Treatment Agreement with the hospital. Both in English, reviewed before signing, translated on request.

Specialist medical travel insurance covering emergency evacuation, complications from the planned procedure, trip cancellation for health reasons and extended-stay costs. We can provide introductions to specialist brokers.
